FUNERAL BENEFITS
• As a member who has paid their dues, you are entitled to receive funeral benefits for losing an immediate family member, including your
spouse, children, parents, and siblings. the association will pay the bereaved family and recuperate from member contributions.
• The total number of members determines the payout amount. for instance, if there are 200 members, every member will be required to
contribute $20 within 14 days if the deceased is a spouse, child, biological parent, or biological sibling (same womb)
• We are committed to providing you the support you need during this difficult Qme.

10% DISCOUNT ON ASSOCIATION EVENTS
• PAID MEMBERS SHALL BE ENTITLED TO 10% DISCOUNTS ON ALL AZDMV EVENTS.
SEVERE ILLNESS SUPPORT
• If a paid member of the association is facing a serious illness, our organization will carefully evaluate the situation on an individual basis to
determine the most effective way to aid the member or their family. This may include coordinating resources such as information, financial
support, and emotional support, all subject to the member’s approval.

AZDMV FUND AND FOOD PANTRY
• 1. your extra donations to the AZDMV community fund can make a significant difference in supporting our educational, social, and
philanthropic programs. not only will your contribution help us to continue improving our services, but it is also tax deductible. we appreciate
your support and will remit tax – tax-deductible receipts at the end of the year

WAITING PERIOD
• Fully paid members will need to wait for a 3-month period before receiving benefits.

MEMBERSHIP FORM
• Paid Members are required to fill out a membership form and include all members of their nuclear family (Biological Parents, Biological
siblings, spouse, and biological children)

PAID UP MEMBER REQUIREMENT.
• Paid-up members are required to fill out membership forms and include all members of their nuclear family (father, mother, siblings,
spouses, and children) Biological relationships only.
• Paid-up members must inform the association secretariate in the event of a death in the nuclear family with full names and relationship of the
deceased

TAX DEDUCTIBLE RECEIPTS FOR DONATIONS
• Paid-up members shall receive tax-deductible receipts that they can use to claim the donations when filling in taxes.

ELECTIONS
• -Being a fully paid member allows you to participate in elections by both contesting and voting if you have maintained your status as a paid
member for the entire year
